SVP Group launches The Opulent Mall in Ghaziabad

New Delhi, July 1 (ANI/Business Wire India): SVP Group, a 2000-crore conglomerate, based out of Ghaziabad, today announced the launch of its commercial venture 'The Opulent Mall' in Ghaziabad, GT Road.

This is a 100-crore project and sprawls across 3, 50,000 sq ft of space. It will provide two levels of structured parking, three shopping levels and one entertainment level.

With 1, 45,000 sq ft in retail area having presence of Bharti Retail (Pvt) limited - a mid size hypermarket with 32, 000 square feet , LifeStyle Max as an anchor store with 10,000 square feet of area, 32,000 square feet in PVR multiplex(3 screen), and 25,000 square feet of food court.

The Opulent will be a single-point destination for food, shopping and entertainment for 8-10 lakh people in Ghaziabad.

The focal point of this family entertainment destination is that it is situated on the GT Road, in the heart of Ghaziabad city. People don't have to spend extra money or time in travelling to other cities.

The Opulent has been quite appropriately named so, as it is the chief access point for the shoppers to check out all the well-known brands in clothes, accessories, shoes, perfumes, food and movie flicks.

Many more will definitely add to the new cosmopolitan flavour of Ghaziabad.
