Pole dancing addiction keeps Alyssa Sutherland fit

Melbourne, July 1 Aussie model Alyssa Sutherland has revealed that her addiction for pole dancing is what helps her keep her body in shape.

Sutherland, 26, says that she loves using the pole, and that it has become her obsession.

"It's my latest obsession," the Age quoted her as saying.

"I really, really like pole dancing. I did gymnastics when I was young, so I find I can incorporate the moves.

"Not to blow my own trumpet or anything but I can totally hang from my legs without hands and do other fairly cool stuff," she said.

Sutherland, who models a new range of swimwear for Sea Folly, says that she has installed a pole in her house.

"It's not in the bedroom, it's in the living room. But it's a brand new pole and it's way too slippery," she explained.

"Apparently, it needs to be worn in. One trick is to put shaving cream all over your body so you're sticky," she added. (ANI)
