New Delhi, Feb 2 (IANS) Rajesh Mittal, father of Ajun Mittal, Monday approached the Delhi High Court alleging that Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School was violating all conditions for nursery admissions.

Mittal, who appeared in person before the court requested an urgent hearing as the admissions are on. Rajesh alleged the that school was taking interviews despite a clear directive from the Director of Education that the point system should be followed.

Demanding a stay on the nursery admissions, Mittal said that the school was violating all rules and is working in a arbitrary manner.

Mittal alleged that despite fulfilling all conditions, his son was not able to secure admission in the school with which his home shared a common boundary wall.
