New Delhi, Dec 2 American actress Kirsten Dunst's stalker, who was apprehended by her assistant, could have the restraining order against him extended.

Dunst's assistant made a citizen's arrest on Christopher Smith, who had bypassed security and showed up at the actress' Hollywood home in November, reports the China Daily.

After his arrest in November 20, the police and Dunst sought a restraining order against Smith, and police documents show that he has been found at Dunst's home several times in recent weeks.

Dunst, who has never laid eyes on Smith claims that she is "quite frightened" of him, and the restraining order, will quite possibly be extended on December 22.

Records do not indicate whether Smith has an attorney. He is due in court later this month on a trespassing charge. (ANI)
