Post mortem team held accused on Shobhika death case during delivery

Family questioned why the facts & points were not covered by the post mortem team.

Shobhika Sharma death investigation took a new turn, when family members taking this fight to tooth and nail tried to put the whole post mortem team comprising of Dr. S K Bhatnagar, Dr Jayshri Hummad & Dr M L Jain at question. Shobhika family members have met a lot of people in administration & police in Banswara & at other places seeking their support on the whole issue.
 Today they met Mr Abrar Ahmed & submitted 13 points memorandum, highlighting that post mortem team report was not conclusive, non indicative & thoroughly incomplete  in nature. Also the family members have requested to cover all the points raised & seek clarification from the post mortem team why they have failed miserable on these points. Before the investigation board comes to any conclusion, & submits his findings & report to collector, all these points must be clarified & answered by the post mortem team.
 Shobhika’s family member alleged that why post mortem team refrained themselves from commenting the real cause of death. The death occurred due to Shock ( Syncop in medical term), coma or Asphyxia.
 Rather, post mortem team has mentioned that exipred due to sequale dilation of Rt artry & balloning of Rt ventricle. If this was the case then why the post mortem team didn’t bothered to take sample of heart & send it for clinical examination, to uncover more truths.
 Moreover the post mortem is silent on status of fallopian tube, Ovary & bladder. Post mortem also doesn’t mentions any thing related to urinary bladder. Post mortem report comments on uterus says, “uterus shows sub total hysterectomy” i.e portion of uterus was not present. Victim family has asked that since uterus plays an important role during the birth of child, why the post mortem has not sent uterus for FSL or visara.
  Family members also highlighted that in past, Banswara city has witnessed the death of a child, due to improper anesthesia. Despite this fact, how the post mortem team dared not to sent the tisues of shobhika from the site of anesthesia for clinical examination. Such carless approach of the post mortem team has paved way for culprit doctor to escape. Also the family members has urged police administration, to highlight such nexus of doctors, if any to the society, so that innocent people should be aware of such things.
