Medical should be engaged more with NGOs
Bikaner, Medical and health minister Imamuddin Ahmed Khan was speaking about expectations of people from Government medical service or open discussion on Government side.
Being a chief guest he said that doctors and pera-medical staffs will be available in collaboration with NGOs for ordinary people to make medical and health service better.
Former medical and health minister Dr. Bulaki Das Kalla, Bhawani Sankar Sharma of fromer president of Rajasthan Khadi Gramo Udhyog, surgeon Tanveer Malawat, Dr. Raja Babu principal of “Sardar Patel medical college” and Vinod Bihani superintendent of “PBM Hospital” many distinguished people and officers from medical and health center were present there.
Khan said Doctors should be very humble and polite with people, for it coordination is very must between doctors and patients they both should understand that how to behave with each other because doctors have there own compulsions and some personal problems, so that some times they are not available for patients, so people should understand there natural circumstance . But in spite of all that doctors should be present with complete sincerity and patience with patients.
Imamuddin Ahmed Khan said efforts will be done to improve medical and health services so that graph of people’s complaints can be come down. He said in last some years one thousand ten million rupees have given to state Government to improve “National ruler health service”.
He further said doctors should be forced to write “Generic Medicine”. Arrangements will be made so that janrik medicine will be available at all hospital by help of consumer co-operative wholesale store.
Medical and health minister said that NGOs will be added with medical and health arrangements to improve medical services. In order to NGOs service “Mobile surgery unit” has given to Dr. Tanveer Malawat hospital in this x-ray, Sonography and operation theater facilities are available here. 43 mobile vans have been sent to various districts; through it surgical facility will be made for remote ruler areas.
Khan said all aspects will be considered for doctors so that they can provide better services he Government has decided that medical couple will be appointed in same place. He said necessary guideline has been given, so patients of “hemophilia” and thelicimia can get free check-up or blood.
He said senior doctors will be given promotion after committee meeting. 1500 nursing staff will be added. Doctors are bound to write Propaganda medicine if better results won’t be get then legislature will pass a strict action against doctors.
Enforcement matter of open discussion has been done by Rajendra Joshi from “Mukti Sansthan” Mr. Vijay from “Red Cross Society welcomed to all guests. Kanhiya Lal from “Udyog Sang” he said at least two three times fight take place in a month between doctors and patient. and many other problems were discussed. And at last it was decided that dispensary will be opened in the areas where number of workers are working.
In auditorium Dilip Bhai Parekh demanded for facility of super specialty, to prevent par day fight between doctors and patient doctors should be put in duty. Bhati said so that the poor can get their check-up easily.
Devilal said about to provide blood for patients. Masuk aehmad said in open discussion PBM hospital’s reputation has down in last 20 years. he said doctors have become businessman they take two time fees from poor patient, they like to watch patients at their home then hospital, they don’t sit at hospital as that should.
Ramkumar Ranga said that doctors behave like consumer with patients, its very difficult task to get surgery without any recommendation.
At last Vijay Khatri expressed gratitude to all guests.
