Kabul, Oct 3 Afghan President Hamid Karzai has reportedly advised the Taliban leader in Afghanistan Mulla Umar to return to Afganistan, and promised him all possible safety. "I propose Mulla Umar to get back to Afghanistan as I will be wholly solely responsible for his security and I shall be answerable to the whole of the world on his behalf," The News quoted Karzai as saying in an interview with GEO TV. Karzai also invited Mulla Umar to join him in the political process of Afghanistan by being hopeful for the next presidential election as Karzai reckoned Umar's return in the best interest of the prosperity and safety of the country.
