Rawalpindi, Nov.3 An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan has dismissed all charges levelled against a woman allegedly involved in the twin suicide attacks on the convoy of former President General Pervez Musharraf in 2003. Accepting Shazia Mubashir's plea, Judge Akram Awan dropped all the charges against her, The Daily Times reports. Mubashir, in her application, said she had already been tried by a military court and subsequently released of all the charges levelled against her. Mubashir told the court that law enforcement personnel had arrested her along with her husband in 2004 and later a military acquitted her. In another decision, the court rejected the bail applications of three men accused of being involved in the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Bhutto was killed in December 2007 while she was leaving Rawalpindi Liaquat National Bagh after addressing a campaign ally for the Pakistan People's Party (PPP). (ANI)
