Patna, Mar 4 Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav today said the constituents of United Progressive Alliance (UPA) would fight the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections under one umbrella in Bihar.

He said that seat adjustment with allies, would be completed soon.

Yadav further claimed the UPA Government still enjoys the support of a large section of voters and would leave no stone unturned checking the division of votes.

Four phased polls will be held in Bihar.

The Lok Sabha elections will be held in five phases on April 16, 23, 30, May 7 and 13.

Counting of votes will take place on May 16. The term of the 14th Lok Sabha ends on June 1, 2009, therefore the new Lok Sabha will have to be constituted by then. (ANI)
