Micro Technologies launches Vehicle Black Box - Phantom in South Africa

Micro Technologies, a company engaged in developing innovative security solutions has launched the new Micro VBB (Vehicle Black Box) - Phantom in South Africa. The new model has added features of voice warning to the driver of the vehicle in case of any illegal activity or unauthorized access as well as a two-way telecommunication between the owner and driver.

Mumbai, (IndiaPRwire.com), Micro Technologies (India) Limited (BSE: 532494) a company engaged in developing innovative security solutions has launched the new Micro VBB (Vehicle Black Box) - Phantom in South Africa, which is one of the largest markets for security solutions. The new model has added features of voice warning to the driver of the vehicle in case of any illegal activity or unauthorized access as well as a two-way telecommunication between the owner and driver.

The VBB developed by Micro Technologies uses the GSM technology, which acts as a communicator between the user and the vehicle. On being alerted of an intrusion, the owners immediately lock all the doors, locate the actual position of the car, can switch off the engine with the help of the mobile with unique tracking features. Requirement of Vehicle Security across the globe has increased manifolds with the increasing number of vehicle thefts.

Micro Technologies has entered into a strategic agreement with TWI International PTY Ltd. to market the new model of Micro VBB -Phantom to counter the menace of car theft.

Mr. Victor Chinn, Managing Director, TWI International, South Africa says, “Micro Technologies would provide TWI international with a unique solution that will send shock waves through the security market in South Africa. The ability to offer the man in the street with remote control of his own vehicle is a unique concept in South Africa. The brand would be called as “VBB PHANTOM 450” and the market is ready for the product. Our goal is to grow at a rate of 20 per cent per month for the next three years. We will focus on the car dealership of Jaguar, Mercedes, Bentley, Porsche, Toyota, Ford, and Audi”.
