Washington, November 05 Actor Matthew McConaughey, who recently reached the landmark age of 40, believes there is much to look forward to in life and has called himself a "late bloomer". The Sahara star insisted that all the previous years in his 30s were splendid. "The 30's were good to me and I'm really looking forward to my 40's, 'cause I'm a late bloomer," People quoted him as stating on his Celebrity MySpace page. He added: "Got everything I need for a perfect 40th ... a happy and healthy lady, son, and another baby on the way." McConaughey also threw a huge birthday party that lasted till the 4:30 am in the morning. He wrote: "There were some epic stories told, lot of laughs and definitely some roasting. Somehow, no blood or glass broken." McConaughey added that he planned to "spend some more time with my family and friends today, grillin' steaks and sippin' beers," on the first day of his 4th decade. (ANI)
