Islamabad, Nov.5 Pakistan's myriad worries right from a shaky economy to the existential threat posed by militant groups seem to be little reason for Pakistan President, Asif Ali Zardari to cut down on his kingly life while on a foreign tour. According to a report, Zardari, during his recent New York visit stayed in the 6,000 dollar per night Presidential Suite of the Roosevelt Hotel. The massive suite has four bedrooms, a kitchen, formal living and dining areas, and a wrap-around terrace. Not only this, during his Washington stay, he checked-in a super luxury suite of the Willard Intercontinental Hotel which costs 5,000 dollars per night. The question being asked is what was the need of such needless expenditure when the President owns a palatial apartment in New York. The apartment is situated in the posh Upper East Manhattan's 72nd street, The Nation reports. The massive apartment, situated on the 37th floor of the building, offers a breathtaking view of the river and the city. It is a part of the Belaire Condominiums. These luxury full service condominiums include amenities like a fabulous health club and glass enclosed heated lap pool. (ANI)
