Washington, Jan 06 Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal went public with his feelings for girlfriend Reese Witherspoon when he kissed the actress at an L.A. Lakers game.

The perky couple, who rarely make joint public outings, snuggled courtside.

The kiss was captured on camera as Gyllenhaal kissed Witherspoon during a traditional time-out segment of the game, reports Contactmusic.

The couple's lingering lip lock was caught on the Staples Center's jumbotron screen, which hangs above the court.

Witherspoon appeared to be more than a little embarrassed when she realised the kiss had been caught on camera and everyone in the arena had seen it.

Despite her thriving romance, 32-year-old Witherspoon, who divorced husband Ryan Phillipe in 2007, has said that the ghost of her failed marriage still haunts her. (ANI)
