Washington, Oct 7 A fictional character on AMC's 'Mad Men' has topped the list of 49 Most Influential Men.

Donald Francis Draper from the television series got an overall score of 91.1 for being value driven and thoroughly masculine, revealed Askmen.com.

Second in line was three-time Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt a Jamaican sprinter, who scored 89.9. His world record for the 100 meters and 200 meters brought him into prominence.

US President Barack Obama's score of 89.8 put him in the third position. With his cool and calm persona, he helped bring the country back from the brink.

Next in line was Mark Zuckerberg, who co-founded the popular social networking site Facebook. He scored 88.2 to make it to the fourth place.

The X Factor co-judge Simon Cowell took the fifth spot, scoring 88. He is well known in the UK and the US as a talent judge for Pop Idol, American Idol, and Britain's Got Talent.
