Los Angeles, March 8 (IANS) Writer Mark Boal bagged best origianl screenplay for the film 'Hurt Locker' at the 82nd Academy Awards.

Set in Iraq, Boal's script talked about how in the chaos of war, an Army bomb squad unit must come together in a place where everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a bomb. This is Boal's first Oscar.
