When Robert De Niro accosted by drunken woman on film set

London, June 8 A drunken female fan recently accosted Robert De Niro on the set of his new film in Michigan, before police came to rescue the star.

The 'Taxi Driver' actor is currently shooting upcoming movie 'Stone' with Edward Norton.

However, the production for the film was disrupted when a drunken woman managed to bypass security.

According to TMZ.com, the woman, reportedly named Carlyn Campbell, allegedly accosted De Niro before police were called to remove her.

Campbell was breathalysed and was subsequently admitted to a local hospital, reports the Daily Express.

However, it is still unclear whether she will face any charges over the incident or not. (ANI)
