London, Nov 8 Prince Harry is all set to step into the shoes of his father, Prince Charles, as he lays a wreath at the Cenotaph for the first time on Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday of November. The 25-year-old will represent his father, the Prince of Wales, who is on official visit to Canada. "As a child Prince Harry observed the two-minute silence from the balcony above the Cenotaph," Sky News quoted a Buckingham Palace spokesman, as saying. "As a member of the armed forces he normally remembers the fallen with his regiment." "But with the Prince of Wales away Prince Harry will lay his father's wreath, complete with the feathers of the Prince of Wales, and a personal handwritten note," the rep added. In a decision approved by the Queen herself, Prince Harry will follow her and the Duke of Edinburgh in the ceremony to honour the martyrs. The move is being largely seen as a significant step towards the involvement of the younger Prince in high profile public duties. (ANI)
