Ronnie Wood's Russian girlfriend jeopardises The Faces reunion tour

London, Oct 9 English rocker Ronnie Wood has left his band The Faces' reunion tour in jeopardy, as he wants to take his Russian girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova along.

Wood, 61, who is in the middle of divorce talks with his wife Jo, wants the 20-year-old waitress by his side during rehearsals and on the tour.

But members of the hit Seventies band-Rod Stewart, Kenney Jones, and Ian McLagan-are not keen on the idea, and The Faces reunion, which was supposed to happen at the end of this year, has been postponed to 2009.

"Ronnie's having a little trouble with the drink these days, bless his cotton socks," the Daily Express quoted Stewart as saying.

However, a source close to the band has revealed that the tour may never take place if Wood insists on bringing his mistress along.

"Ronnie seems head over heels with this young girl," the source said.

The band's refusal to having Ivanova along is because they fear she would be too much of a distraction to Wood, who is already having trouble with the booze.

"They're at stalemate. Ronnie's being stubborn but then Rod can be stubborn, too," the source added. (ANI)
