Free pick up & drop plus interactions with experts on women’s health, beauty, cookery at TOTAL hypermarket & mall

Bangalore: TOTAL Hypermarket & mall, a retail venture of the Jubilant Group, today announced its unique initiative called ‘Ladies Day Out’. Every Tuesday and Thursday of the week, women will be ferried to & from TOTAL - Madiwala & Mysore Road for free.

The ‘Ladies Day Out’ initiative provides women with an opportunity to meet and interact with experts on Child psychology, Women’s health, Beauty, Cookery, Waste Management etc. Also, they can enjoy the experience of shopping for products such as fresh fruits & vegetables, fresh fish, meat & poultry, staples & groceries, bakery products etc. at never before wholesale prices.

The  ‘Ladies Day Out’ special buses will ply on 6 different routes to bring ladies to TOTAL, 3 each for the outlet in Madiwala & Mysore Road. Pick-ups are scheduled for 10:30AM and subsequently at 12:30PM and the drop-backs are scheduled at 1:30PM and subsequently at 3:30PM. Pick-ups will commence from Koramangala-Ejipura junction, HSR Layout & Jayanagar, to reach TOTAL - Madiwala and from Vijayanagar, Rajarajeshwari Nagar & Girinagar, to reach TOTAL - Mysore Road. The drive back will take everyone to their commencement points.

The bus stops on each of the routes can be identified with a TOTAL ‘Ladies Day Out’ banner. The buses can be identified with TOTAL ‘Ladies Day Out’ banners put on them.

“This is the first time an initiative of such a nature has been undertaken by a retailer in Bangalore, offering women shoppers an opportunity to enjoy a days outing along with shopping. Women especially in groups, visit our stores during weekdays in large numbers. Our interactions with them revealed that such a facility could help them make their shopping trips more meaningful and fun” said Mr. Dinesh Malpani, CEO, Jubilant Retail.
