London, October 10 Charlize Theron has been ordered to court, where a panel of judges will decide if the actress has to compensate luxury watchmaker 'Raymond Weil' for a breach of contract. The Swiss firm had decided to sue the actress for 10.8 million pounds after she had appeared sporting a Christian Dior timepiece rather than a 'Raymond Weil' creation - the company she's a brand ambassador of. The company had revealed that it paid the Oscar-winning star to wear its exclusive range between October 2005 and December 2006, reports the Daily Express. According to court papers, the 'Monster' star was also the face of a Dior perfume, and "was actually photographed wearing a watch from the Christian Dior line" at a press event in Austin, Texas on 14 March 2006. The star's legal team failed to have the case dismissed and a hearing for the trial will take place at Federal Court for the Southern District of New York in late October. (ANI)
