Islamabad, Oct.12 Pakistan Rangers first Sikh sub-inspector, Amarjeet Singh, has completed his training from the Pakistan Rangers Academy in Mandi Bahauddin, and is ready to take charge.

Singh, who belongs to Punjab's Nankana Sahib, was among 763 officials who passed out from the academy this year, The Daily Times reports.

Joyous over being able to complete the rigorous training, Singh said he was looking forward to the challenges he would have to face during his duty.

Singh said he was ready to serve the country and would not hesitate to sacrifice his life in the line of duty. (ANI)
