The move is part of a strategic expansion into Europe. Bringing 20 years of experience combining operational management, process strategies and research technologies throughout Europe, Stocks will oversee Annik services throughout the region.

He is a former European Data Services Director of Millward Brown and a pioneer and founder of offshore and near shore MR facilities servicing over 30 MR organizations throughout Eastern and Western Europe.
