New Delhi, Nov 13 A man who crashed his vehicle into two cars in an inebriated state took off all his clothes and lied down on the road, saying it was too hot.

The incident, which occurred in Zhengzhou, Henan province, last Wednesday, caused traffic jam for over two hours, reports the China Daily.

The man was arrested after a blood test. (ANI)
