Taekwondo champ daughter's incestuous affair with father revealed

London, Jun 14 (ANI): A young British martial arts star had an incestuous two-year affair with her long lost father after they were reunited.

Chelsea Cummins, 21, who had represented Britain in international tournaments, began sleeping with Steven Broomhead, 42, after she traced him in her teens.

The two are said to have had a two-year incestuous relationship in which they had sex up to nine times behind their partners' backs.

It was also during the affair that Cummins, who is a Taekwondo expert, aborted a baby after becoming pregnant and not knowing if its father was Broomhead or her boyfriend.

She also became jealous of her dad's girlfriend and sent him a threatening text.

"You're in for the biggest shock of your life," the Sun quoted her as saying.

The affair finally came to light after Broomhead rekindled his relationship with Cummins' mother Lisa, and she caught them in a passionate clinch.

Cummins revealed to Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court that she traced her father at the age of 17, and that she did not look at him as her father but instead had sexual feelings for him.

Prosecutor Rachel Shenton said Cummins claimed to be afraid of Broomhead while he blamed her for instigating sex.

"A normal kiss and cuddle became a relationship in which they had intercourse," the prosecutor added.

Cummins, of Denton, Gtr Manchester, admitted sex with an adult relation and was given an absolute discharge.

"In my view you were very much not in control of what took place. You were confused," Judge Andrew Lowcock told her.

Broomhead, also of Denton, admitted having sex with his natural daughter.

He was given three years' supervision and told to attend a sex offenders programme. (ANI)
