London, Aug 15 'Back To The Future' has topped a new UK poll of the 'Ultimate Time Travel Movies'.

The 1985 flick bagged 40 per cent of the votes in the survey conducted by website Lovefilm, which asked more than 1,000 members to vote for their all-time favourite time travel movie, reports the Telegraph.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's 'Terminator' landed the second spot with 12 per cent while the cult film 'Donnie Darko' came third with 10 per cent.

12 Monkeys stood fourth with 9 per cent while 'The Butterfly Effect' rounded off the top five with 7 per cent.

The survey was released to mark the release of the film adaptation of American writer Audrey Niffenegger's best-selling fantasy romance 'The Time Traveler's Wife', starring Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana.

UK's 'Ultimate Time Travel Movies' are:
