London, Dec 16 (IANS) Colombian pop star Shakira has revealed that though she follows a strict fitness regime, she is totally hooked on to chocolates.

The singer has said she sticks to a strict fitness regime to stay in shape but says it's crucial to treat yourself to your favourite foods on occasions, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

'I think it is important that you are in balance. I really like to eat, I love chocolate and all kinds of sweets. I'm absolutely addicted to it,' she said.
