Washington, November 17 Good Charlotte star Joel Madden has decided not to shave his beard until next year.

The rocker announced it on Twitter after asking fans if he should avoid using the razor, reports Contactmusic.

He posted: "Should I shave? I haven't in five weeks. OK, so the tweets have spoken - 80percent say I should not shave.

"If that is your wish, then I will not shave. But by mid-Jan I should have a beard."

He also feels that his girlfriend Nicole Ritchie will not complain.

He added: "Three good reasons why Joel should not shave: 1. It's November; 2. Nicole likes me with a dirty face; 3. I'm lazy." (ANI)
