Educational Short Stories in Hindi

London, Oct. 18 Prince Charles's personal whisky blend has emerged as the most popular drinks among Russia's new elite, making the future king as Scotland's unlikeliest whisky exporter.

Barrogill, after the original name of the Castle of Mey (the label artwork of it is a Prince Charles watercolour), is finding popularity behind the Old Curtain.

Yelena, an assistant in a Moscow branch, said it struggled to cope with demand.

"We sell it for 1,450 roubles (£30.58) a bottle. To our customers, this is considered to be not so expensive. Prince Charles's name adds a certain kudos, a stamp of royalty. Russians like the idea of buying whisky made specially for the future king," the Sunday Express quoted him, as saying.

First exported there in 2007, demand of whisky is so high that the Mey Selections website has pages in Russian.

It is sold in a chain of 100 prestigious shops in Russia. (ANI)
