Washington, October 21 Singer Heidi Montag did not attend sister Holly's 26th birthday party as she was refused payment for the visit, sources say.

The TV personality's sister wanted her to come to Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles where the celebration took place.

"Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," Fox News quoted a source as saying.

The insider added: "I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting." (ANI)
