Washington, October 22 Heidi Montag has slammed reports that she skipped her sister Holly's 26th birthday party after she was refused pay for the appearance.

'The Hills' star's rep told Access Hollywood that the rumour "is absolutely not true."

The spokesperson also explained that Heidi had thrown more than one birthday bash for friends and family to attend, reports Us mag.

Fox News had reported earlier that the singer had missed the special occasion due to financial reasons.

A source had said: "Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid. She wouldn't even show up with a fee. That's disgusting." (ANI)
