India Posts presents a fine and unique blend of technology and human intervention in all its spheres of activities. This was stated by Shri A.Raja, Minister of Communications and Information Technology while presenting the Meghdoot Awards, 2006 here today. He said that it is this strength of India Posts which makes it most capable for implementing the vision of e-Governance of Government of India which has its focus on:Delivery of public services, Radically changing the way Government deliver services and Integrating service delivery through common service centres e.g. Post Offices.
