London, Feb 25 (IANS) The scandal behind ace golfer Tiger Woods' multiple affairs has been put in to good use by the animal rights group PETA.
In a bid to save tigers, the golfer's picture wearing an orange shirt will be featured on a new billboard to be put up the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
The ad will bear the tagline 'Too Much Sex Can Be a Bad Thing'.
The organisation has not got Tiger's permission to publish the ad, reported aceshowbiz.com
'It's a fun, tongue-in-cheek approach,' said Virginia Fort, who worked on the project.
'The ad is strictly meant to help animals and not to offend the golfer and his family. The world has been transfixed on Tiger's life after Thanksgiving. We're putting the focus where it needs to be.'
'We're sure Tiger will appreciate our attempt, from a story that's distracted the world and followed Tiger, to turn it into something positive for little tigers,' added Fort.
