New Delhi, Jan 26 (IANS) The grave concerns of global warming were reflected in the Republic Day parade this year with the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) tableau highlighting the dangers of deforestation and reckless garbage disposal.

The front half showcased burning earth, deforestation, industrial and traffic pollution and reckless garbage disposal. The other half showed the way out - planting trees, preserving greenery and keeping the environment clean. The message 'Save Earth, Save Life'.
