Bikaner, All the leaders are favoring farmers and trying their best to fulfil the demand of water for them. This time the turn was of Devi Singh Bhati. Firstly he met with Irrigation minister of Rajasthan Mahipal Madrena and Education minister Master Bhanwarlal in Circuit House to sort out the issue peacefully but eventually it didn't work out and in a very tensed environment he announced the agitation.

Farmers who have good faith on Bhati especially related to current and hot issues, collected in Kasturi Bhavan at Gajner Road and with speaking slogans  they reached at Bikaner Collectorate. Viewing the crowd of thousands of people, the police administration was in a state of anxiety.

Mahaparav was supported by many local ministers as Yudhistir Singh Bhati, Ram Kishan Acharya, M.L.A. Gopal Joshi etc.
