Bhubaneswar, Feb 27 A portion of an old temple collapsed in a village in Orissa's Cuttack district Saturday, killing one worker and injuring two, police said.

Bhubaneswar, Feb 27 (IANS) A portion of an old temple collapsed in a village in Orissa's Cuttack district Saturday, killing one worker and injuring two, police said.

The accident took place at Mouda village, some 50 km from here, when workers were carrying out repairs at the over 100-year-old Balukeswar temple, police said.

The victim, Bagala Kandi, 25, died on the way to hospital.
