London, Oct 28 'Mean Girls' star Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael has once again commented on his daughter's troubled life, saying that he fears she could be "dead in a year". The relationship between the two has never been cordial, with Michael frequently berating his daughter's on-off girlfriend Samantha Ronson, and Lindsay angrily hitting back at his "excessive lies" about her prescription drug addiction. Michael recently revealed to Grazia magazine that the actress was at an all time low. "She needs long-term rehab. I fear the worst. Look at Elvis, Anna Nicole Smith, Heath Ledger - who was a close friend of hers," the Sun quoted him as telling the magazine. "It could be a year, a month, a week - who knows? She has a plethora of medicine you can't mix and can't drink with," he stated. But Lindsay has denied Michael's allegations of her abusing prescription drugs. "I'm so hurt that someone who calls himself my father needs to use the press to communicate with me," she said. "I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months. "He should instead try to be a real father," she added. (ANI)
