Johannesburg, Sep.29 In-form batsman Eoin Morgan and all-rounder Tim Bresnan were today awarded increment contracts by the England and Wales Cricket Board. The duo, who are with England at the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa, will be financially rewarded for their appearances between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009. Both reached the 20-point threshold for the award of these contracts - with five points given for a Test appearance and two points for a one-day or Twenty20 international, reports The Sun. Morgan, who has struck two stunning half-centuries at the Champions Trophy - 62 against Sri Lanka and 67 against South Africa - made his 10th limited-overs appearance for England against the Sri Lankans last Friday. Yorkshire's Bresnan, meanwhile, achieved the 20-point mark during the recent NatWest Series against Australia. (ANI)
