Islamabad, September 29 Lollywood film actress Meera has filed a first information report (FIR) against her purported husband Attiqur Rehman, alleging that he and his accomplices trespassed her house and damaged her property.

She even alleged that Rehman and his accomplices' objective was to kill her.

In her report, she stated that she was not at home at the time.

She further alleged that Rehman also extended her life threats on the phone, reports the Daily Times.

Meanwhile, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is said to have started investigations against Rehman on Meera's application, seeking action against him under cyber crimes laws.

Filing a two-page application with FIA Director Muhammad Azam Joya, she alleged Rehman committed cyber crime by threatening her and her family with dire consequences via e-mails.

She pleaded that Rehman should be prosecuted under the cyber crime law.

Rehman has also decided to contact the FIA, as he claims that the account through which Meera received threats do not belong to him.

He alleged that Meera created a fake e-mail account in his name to implicate him in the cyber case.

Sources say that the FIA investigation team and technical experts will check the e-mail accounts of both Attiq and Meera to decipher when and where they were created, and from where the accounts were operated to threaten send the alleged mails. (ANI)
