Madhepura (Bihar), Oct 29 Cattle owners decked up their buffaloes in bright and colourful attire as they walked in a unique fashion show in Madhepura district of Bihar.

The villagers said they wanted to take the show to the rest of the country.

"We thought of organising this unique fashion show as buffaloes are revered here and worshipped. We want to organise such events on a larger platform," said Pandav Yadav, a cattle owner.

The organisers of the show said that they intended to highlight their plight.

The cattle owner, whose buffalo stood first, took home a cash prize of 10.69 dollars. (ANI)
