London, November 29 Wham's 'Last Christmas' has been named as the 'Most Played Festive Track' of the last five years by a company which collects royalties for composers and musicians. The Performing Right Society revealed that the 1984 hit by the pop band, formed in 1981 by George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley, has been the most aired tune of the festive season of the last five years. Bagging significant positions in their chart of seasonal songs was Band Aid's 'Do They Know It's Christmas' at the number two spot. The original 1984 recording was followed by The Pogues with their 'Fairytale of New York' while Marian Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' came in fourth, reports the BBC. Wrapping up the top five was Bruce Springsteen's popular version of the regular 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town'. Most Played Christmas Hits are: 1. Last Christmas - Wham! 2.
