Washington, July 30 (ANI): American actor Shia LaBeouf has laid the blame on the paparazzi for killing the mystery of Hollywood.

The Transformers star, who was recently been in the news for a car accident he was in on July 27, had made the statement regarding the news-hungry snappers in an interview a few days before the unfortunate incident.

"The paparazzi is the bad press... It's kinda killing the mystery of what Hollywood used to be," Contactmusic quoted him as saying in a taped TV chat during his recent Details magazine photoshoot.

"That's why actors were so appealing; they had this mystery... They were magical," he had stated.

The actor revealed that every time he leaves his house he feels like he's in a movie.

"You learn that the show starts when you open your door; the show stops when you close your door and you're always on," he added. (ANI)
