Anand Milk-producers Union Limited better known as Amul, which is the largest food brand in India and world's Largest Pouched Milk Brand has also opened its first preferred outlet in AIM. It is an Institute that provides 100 percent placement to its pass out students in big Indian and multinational companies. Moreover Amul is the preferred placement partner for AIM which takes its large number of students for internship and offers final placements too.
Mr. S.K. Chopra & Mr. B.R. Mukherjee, Deputy Manager Sales, Amul along with Mr. AK Srivastav, Chairman, AIM inaugurated the Amul preferred outlet. All the variety of Amul products is available in the outlet. On this occasion Mr. A.K. Srivastav said, "Our Mission as an Institution is to provide world class management education, foster research and development, evolve innovative application and encourage technology, entrepreneurship and ultimately mould young men and women capable of assuming leadership of the society for the betterment of the country.”
As per the tie up dealers and distributors of Amul got trained in AIM, they will attend few special lectures and seminars which will help them in their industry. Managers of Amul also visits AIM as guest lecturers to teach them & make them good industry experts.
"We are looking this tie up as a great opportunity for both Amul and Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, in future this tie up will help AIM students at various grounds. Apart from creating a pool for possible recruitment, it will help us build large training facilities at our various development centers.” said Mr. S.K. Chopra, Deputy Manager Sales, Amul.
This tie up will focus on honing the skills of individuals in interest areas such as Marketing, Retail, HR and Customer Relations as a whole. Commenting on the launch of outlet, Mr. B.R. Mukherjee, Deputy Manager Sales, Amul said, "Amul is investing aggressively in India, it has spurred the White Revolution of India, which has made India the largest producer of milk and milk products in the world. It is also the world's biggest vegetarian cheese brand today but for the first time we associated with any educational institute looks forward to significantly increasing its interest in the education sector.”
