Peter_Fudakowski_smallCU.jpg Mumbai, (IndiaPRwire) Adding another feather to its teeming cap, Percept Profile has bagged the highly acclaimed foreign language flick Tsotsi. TSOTSI– an Academy Award Winner in the Best Foreign Language Film Category in the year 2006, was screened at the much-anticipated IFFI on the 24th of November 2007 in Goa amidst much fanfare. Directed by Gavin Hood and Produced by Peter Fudakowski - TSOTSI, a movie that has strong screenplay backing and intense display of emoting skills - is proudly being presented by Percept Profile at the esteemed IFFI this year in Goa.

TSOTSI had been awarded the Oscar in the Best Foreign Language Category beating its strongest contender Deepa Mehta’s Water.
Starring Presley Chweneyagae – a gifted actor in the title role, TSOTSI is an endearing tale of a teenage boy who has repressed the memories of his past and lives his life in the present. Seemingly indifferent to emotions and hence uncaring towards the world and its beautiful forms of life, the story revolves around various incidents which helps him transcend into a different mindset slowly. How the story transcends into an emotional plot; when Tsotsi carjacks and accidentally chances upon a little baby inside the car. From there onwards, various incidents he comes across changes his life - forming the crux of the movie.
Making its grand release in India in the month of December, TSOTSI promises to be a movie that captivates Indian audiences with its unique tale of ‘Innocence lost!’ Percept Profile, the PR agency that is promoting media activities for this tale of sheer brilliance in India, ensures that the movie captivates the minds of the Indian audiences and thus viewed by audiences of all age groups across the country.

The PR agency has been instrumental in the success of the popular animated flick Hanuman and now is all set to ensure that Hanuman Returns achieves global recognition. Amongst International films, Profile has handled production houses including the likes of Paramount Pictures and their movies namely Transformers, Disturbia, The Bourne Ultimatum and The Mighty Heart. Apart from these, Elizabeth – The Golden Age an Oscar winning classic by Shekhar Kapur has now made its successful entry in India.
When asked, Rahat Beri - COO of Percept Profile, mentioned….”We indeed feel very very proud of being associated with such an acclaimed movie. Percept Profile has been focused relentlessly over the past few years in growing the Media & Entertainment vertical of its business.
