New Delhi, April 18 An 18-year-old schoolboy was stabbed to death Sunday when he tried to resist two armed robbers in a park in east Delhi's Pandav Nagar, police said.

New Delhi, April 18 (IANS) An 18-year-old schoolboy was stabbed to death Sunday when he tried to resist two armed robbers in a park in east Delhi's Pandav Nagar, police said.

'We got to know about the incident at 11.15 a.m.,' said a police official.

'Dheeraj and a girl were sitting in a park when robbers tried to rob them,' a senior police official told IANS.

The girl ran away to safety but the robbers allegedly stabbed Dheeraj, a Class 10 student.

'We have registered a case of murder and robbery, further investigations are on,' added the police official.
