New Delhi, Sep 3 (IANS) Do you want to dress comfortably for your wedding functions? Designer duo Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor have designed pre-draped saris and lehenga teamed up with pre-structured dupatta to give brides-to-be a comfortable and no-fussy look.

'During functions, you must have seen brides juggling with their duppattas while dancing on a mehandi or sangeet night. Hence we have designed these lehengas that already have dupattas attached with them. So a person wearing it doesn't have to worry about a slipping dupatta,' Anjalee Kapoor told IANS.

Apart from this, the designer duo have also designed Victorian gowns for a nice cocktail evening.

'Today's woman is moving beyond saris and lehengas and is becoming more experimental. For a cocktail night they opt for gowns, so we have churned out modern gowns with Victorian embellishment techniques of leafing and appliques in tissues,' said Anjalee.

The colour palette is unique as nudes blend with pastels and bold colours peep through. Shades of rose, fuchsia, burgundy, midnight blues in mesh solid coloured nets and metallic toned silks are used for the line.

This bridal line will be showcased at the upcoming wedding exhibition, Bridal Asia, that will take place Sep 11-13 at the Ashoka Hotel.
