STALL CHARGES Type of Stall Charges Artisan / SSI Unit  Rs. 5000 Business / Trading  Rs. 7000 Corporate  Rs. 15000/- Central Bloack(20x20) 4 Way open  Rs. 25000/- Note: 50% will be charged Extra for Corner Stall (Applicable on Each category).

Terms & Conditions :

The price of item should be displayed on products. Invoice should be given on demand.. Payment of stall shall be paid in cash or by demand draft in favour of General Manager, District Industrial Centre, Bikaner. Last date of application submission is 2 January 2007. After due date stall allotment could not be possible. After allotment of stall, refund of payment could not be possible. During the fair period, daily sales report should be submitted to Mela Authority. Normally stall size shall 10"x10" ft. approx. and two tables with cover, two chairs, one tube light and one bulb shall be provided to one stall holder. Every unit shall have a banner. This banner should be on white cloth with blue ink, 10" size is length. Stall charges as per SSI & Handicraft Category shall be charged only on submission of Registration Certificate from concerned District Industry Centre, otherwise Rs.7000/- per stall shall be recovered. Unit shall demonstrate or sell only those products which are registered in registration certificate and in the case of availability of other products, Goods  shall be seized otherwise charges will be applicable as per business stall rate. Expenses of the security, insurance, carrying the products at fair place will be borne by stall holder. He shall also responsible for any taxes to be deposited.. Stall size may be changed by organising committee. Rights of stall size is reserved by organiser.
