(1) FOCUS
All Education Should be motivative in the context of the learner, The school aims at providing attractive but proper environment.  The staff adopt the technique that invokes curiosity and lets the child think what is right and wrong. In order to meet the challenges of the generation, the school commits to an educational system that makes it different from the ordinary.
We enable our students to receive excellent education under the dynamic supervision of dedicated teachers.  We prepare students for complete living in this competitive world. We orient the child to develop all values, self-dependability, and a sense of duty towards society and the nation.  We prepare our students to appreciate the democratic way of life, live peacefully and let others live.

(2) STANDARD
St. Xavier's school in coeducational.  The medium of instruction is English in all classes from nursery to Standard 9.
(A) Nursery Section :-
The nursery section of three classes Nursery, KG ranging from 3+4+and 5+ children respectively.  The play way, kindergarten and Montessori methods are adopted. We have the motto- "catch them young." Therefore, we inculcate aptitudes for  utmost discipline, cleanliness and politeness.
(B) Primary section :
This section consists of standard I to V Hindi, English, math, Environmental Education, Computer science, General Knowledge, Art and Drawing and Physical Health and Education are subjects.
(C) Middle Section :-
This section consists of Standard VI to X. Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Math Computer science, General Knowledge, Socially Useful and Productive Works are the subjects of academic pursuit, The books recommended are N.C.E.R.T. publications.
(D) Secondary Section :-
 All the Compulsory Subjects, as prescribed by the Board, are taught with third language Sanskrit and Computer Science.
(3) Admission
Admissions are open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed, religion, and status. A child must be 3+ on April 1 of the calendar year for admission to Nursery, 4+ For KG and 5+ for prep.
Children are given to Entrance Tests for Admission

Admissions to classes I to 10 are given on the basic of T.C./school leaving Certificate and interviews.  Parents and guardians are require to escort the candidates to school on the date and time fixed by the school for test and interview.  The list of selected candidates will be put up on the notice-board. Parents/Guardians are required to pay the fees and submit along with attested photo copies of the documents and photographs within 2 days failing which the seat will be treated as vacant and shall be filled in by another candidate at the discretion of the Principal.
In case a student not submit photocopies of necessary documents, admission granted shall be treated as provisional.  In such cases if the photocopies of documents are not submitted within a fortnight their names shall be struck off the rolls without any notice to parents/Guardians.
