ADMISSION
Admission are granted to boys and girls irrespective of caste and creed. Admission is strictly based on entrance test and personal interview of the ward and their parents.
Registration fee is non refundable. Registration does not guarantee the admission in any way.
Date of the birth in the admission from will be considered final and no request for the change of name of date of birth will be subsequently be entertained.
On the basic of performance of the candidate in interview, he/she will be issued an admission order. Within the seven days of the admission order, the parents are requested to deposit fee along with necessary documents and photographs.
Admission of the students is renewed every year, depending the student's overall performance.
At the time of admission the particular student must produce transfer certificate and progress report of the previous school last attended, except nursery, K.G., prep. with transfer certificate, birth certificate must be produced by the parents.

TIMINGS
School Timing : 7 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (Summer) : 8.00-1.30 (Winter)
On the second Saturday of every month teaching remain suspended after the recess.

OPEN HOUSE MEETING

Education is the joint responsibility of teachers and parents. The interaction between the two is facilitated through open house meeting at regular intervals.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Medical examination of all the students is arranged by the school from time to time

PROMOTIONS

The  whole academic year consists of three term exam, held in the month of August, December and March, beside  this there will be unit test in every month.
Students shall not be allowed to appear in the exam unless fees are paid. A grey card will issued for unsatisfactory progress in studies, insufficient attendance. Minimum pass marks required are 50%upto std. vii. A student who is failed twice in the same class may not be permitted to continue studies.

PARENTS TEACHER MEETINGS

Parents teachers meetings are arranged after each term tests and on second Saturday of every month.

ACTIVITIES

The aim of the school is to offer conditions which bring out the best in the students. This is achieved by providing opportunity to participate in various activities necessary fir the development of child. Facilities available are as given below.

Bus/Van Rules

 

  1. Conveyance fee is Rs. 225/- per month or part there of. It is charged from the month of April to March of the next year.
  2. If the Van/Bus goes out of order on any day, students will make their own arrangements at their own cost for transport.
  3. At least 5 students at one point should board the bus to make it a centre enroute.
