Ingredients
Milk maid :1/2 tin
Seviyan :50gm
Milk :1/2litre
Raisins :2 tbsp
Nuts :2 tbsp
Elaichi : 2,finely powdered
Method
1. Bring milk to aboil. Add Milk maid, seiyan and elaichi
2 Cook for 2to3 minutes and top with raisins and nuts.
3.Serve hot.
Quick Tip
Roast seviyan lightly in 1 to 2 tsp of ghee before adding
milk, if it is not the roasted variety.
