Make a paste of cornflour with some milk.Mix Milk maid with rest of milk. Bring milk mixture to boil. Add cornflour past. Cook stirring Constantly unitil thick. Add elaichi powd3er. 2prepare syrup by boiling water and suger together. strain and keep aside. Cut bread slices into two and deep fry in ghee till golden brown. 3 Immediately put the fried bread into suger syru. Dip for aminute . Remove from syrup, and arrange inaserving dish. 4 Top each piece of bread with 1 tbsp mix ture of Milk maid and nuts . Chill and serve.
